White-Label Software

Custom-branded software your organization can deliver to its own clients under its own name.

Some organizations need software to sell or provide to their own customers rather than to use internally. We build that software to your specification and present it under your brand.

Anchorbyte does not resell a large catalog of pre-built products. White-label engagements are development projects: we build the application for your use case, apply your branding, and support the licensing and deployment model you intend to operate.

Scope

What the work includes

Custom-branded software

Your name, colors, typography, domain, and email templates throughout the interface and system messages.

Reseller-ready products

Structures that support multiple end customers — separate accounts, separate data, and administrative tooling for the team that manages them.

Client-specific branding

Where your model requires it, per-customer branding so each of your clients sees their own identity within the same platform.

Configurable features

Feature flags, plan tiers, and settings that let you enable or disable capabilities per customer without a new build for each one.

Licensing options

Implementation of the commercial model you choose — subscription, per-seat, per-site, term license, or a hybrid — including entitlement checks in the application.

Deployment support

Setup for the delivery model you operate: a single hosted platform, a separate instance per customer, or deployment into a customer-controlled environment.

Product maintenance

Version management, upgrade paths, and defect correction across the customers running your product, under a written maintenance agreement.

Questions we work through with you

  • Who owns the intellectual property, and what rights each party holds — defined in the written agreement
  • Whether all customers run one shared version or separately configured instances
  • How new customers are provisioned, and who performs that work
  • How upgrades reach customers, and what happens if one is not ready
  • Which support tier you handle and which, if any, reaches us

Conditions

What to know before starting

Ownership and licensing

Intellectual-property ownership, license grants, permitted resale rights, and support obligations are defined in the written agreement for your project. We recommend settling these terms before development begins.

Your obligations to your customers

When you resell software, your own contracts, privacy notices, and service commitments to your customers are yours to define with your legal advisors. We build to the requirements those commitments create.
