Maintenance and Technical Support
Keeping delivered software current, secure, and working after launch.
Software is not finished at launch. Dependencies release security updates, browsers and operating systems change, third-party interfaces are deprecated, and the business itself changes what it needs.
Maintenance and support agreements cover that ongoing work so the systems we deliver keep running and keep being useful.
What maintenance covers
Updates and patching
Framework, library, and platform updates applied on a schedule, with testing before release and prioritization of security-relevant fixes.
Defect correction
Investigation and repair of behavior that does not match the agreed requirements, including reproduction steps and a record of the resolution.
Small enhancements
Modest changes — new fields, revised reports, adjusted rules — handled within an agreed monthly allowance or quoted separately when larger.
Monitoring review
Regular review of errors, performance, and capacity so problems that are growing quietly are caught before they cause an outage.
Technical support
A defined channel for your named contacts to raise issues, with acknowledgment and progress updates as set out in your agreement.
Managed technology services
Where agreed, ongoing responsibility for environments, backups, renewals, and vendor coordination for the systems in scope.
Support priorities
Requests are handled according to business impact. Priority definitions, response expectations, hours of coverage, and any escalation path are set out in your support agreement — not assumed from this page.
What you receive
- Support agreement defining scope, priorities, and coverage hours
- Defined intake channel and named contacts
- Change log for updates and releases
- Periodic summary of work performed
