How engagements are usually structured
There is no single package. These are the shapes most work takes.
Assessment
A short, fixed-scope engagement that produces written findings, options, and effort ranges. Useful before committing a budget.
Project delivery
A defined scope built to written requirements and acceptance criteria, delivered in reviewable increments with a testing environment you can use throughout.
Ongoing support
A maintenance or support agreement covering updates, defect correction, monitoring, and an agreed allowance for small enhancements.
